Last words section in death certificate

In death certificates, there should be a provision for an optional section where the last words of a person should be recorded down if possible.

       I actually love this idea, as long as they are as hysterical, and sweet as my mom's. she yelled out "chocolate". very loud. She passed away 2 days later. Musta been the morphine.
