Standing on one of the many balconies offering a vantage point you gaze down at the gardens. From this aerial perspective you can see that the hedge maze in the public courtyard below is constantly in motion.
In half whiskey barrels, the individually planted and immaculately trimmed thuja remain motionless whenever an occupant is in close proximity only to silently shuffle over once pedestrians are not activating their motion sensors.
You begin to discern a pattern emerging and watch transfixed as the entire maze aligns to display a gigantic 10:55 AM.

"It's really something, idnit?" you here from over your shoulder as one of the groundskeepers joins you on the balcony.
"Yeah it's...amazing" you wince at your lame attempt at a pun and hurriedly follow up with, "How does anyone find their way out if it keeps changing all the time?"
"The longest you can be trapped for is an hour, every sixty minutes the maze lines up in straight corridors from the time outwards."
"But, what if there is a power failure?" you wonder aloud.
"Well the maze has its own auxiliary power." he says as with a lopsided grin, "Funny thing is though, until someone resets the damn thing it just keeps flashing twelve."

"Clocktastic" sounds like something Mary Poppins would throw up. Or spit up, or heave.

       Sorry, 2fsoahm, got carried away.
