Machines located at strategic tourist attractions, Sydney Opera House, Eiffel Tower etc. Insert the flash card from your digital camera, and select the picture you want. The machine whirrs, and a personalised 50 piece jigsaw pops out...the perfect souvenier!

Note #1: image printed on pre-cut (assembled) blank.

Note #2: pieces ejected in some sort of package to lessen incidents of scrambling on the ground to retrieve them.

I'd like a triangular puzzle of the Great Pyramid of Giza with rectangular pieces.

yeah, or build one that goes wrong, swallows the flash card and you can then sell them on as bulk later, or extort people for incriminating images, like those vending machines that swallow money and don't give you the goods.

I like the basic idea of custom jigsaw puzzles. Ah, that pretty Irish lass...I shall remember her well with this jigsaw of her bosom.

Brilliant!

How about making the puzzles cut the same. I mean like all having the randomly cut pieces, but for a 14" x 14" blank, have the same pattern for the blank, so you can interchange-parts. One week I can be inserted behind the Leaning Tower of Pizza, and the next on the high seas. Bun for you, sir! +
