Inflatable hat

Water proof hat which can be inflated for exta thermal insolation

probably baked.... but how about a rainhat which you can inflate if the weather is cold, but packs small when its deflated. Can also be worn in warm weather in it's deflated state. Air's a good thermal insulator right?

       Sure. Thermarest (tm) makes an inflatable sleeping pad that's waterproof nylon over foam, the foam minimizes air convection and provides superior insulation. Fill it with water during hot weather.
