Inflatable flailing arm men are interesting to watch, but are becoming ubiquitous these days. A way to make them a bit more interesting would be to put an inflatable sword in one hand then face one inflatable swordsman against another and let them put on a mock battle.
A way to make them a LOT
more interesting would be to attach a real sword to one arm and see whether it cuts itself to pieces before beheading one or more onlookers.

[+] Much better than the curtain idea. There used to be inflatable punching bags of Popeye (I remember that my brother had one) so you could punch him and feel powerful. So, you could also fight the gonflable swordsman yourself! |

Then to take it a step too far, attach foam targets via Velcro to each one. These would get knocked off when struck by the opposing unit and a score could be kept. First to knock off the other's little foam targets wins. |

Finally! A roadside attraction that’s attractive enough to create multiple wrecks! Make them look like Taylor Swift and Rihanna. Biden and Trumpf. So many choices of weapons, personae, and numbers. A line of them in front of the used cars drawing and releasing bows. Doing Do-wop with dueling saxaphones. Wow. I can’t wait. Oh jeez, it looks like I waited 10 years and still haven’t seen one.
