Immortal Halfbakers

On the internet, no one knows you are dead

Because there is some level of anonymity to halfbakers, I propose that each halfbaker who has contributed to the forum specifically 'will' their password to one of their heirs. Thus, one hundred years from now, people can say "That guy may be pathetic, but he must really be living healthy."

Or, alternatively, "That 'pathetic' guy must be 80, but he has the creativity of a 25-year-old."

Still further alternatively, program a 'bot or other program to occasionally stitch other halfbaker's ideas together to simulate a creative idea. The 'bot would log-in to HalfBakery (and pass the Turing test) to pose interesting ideas. Initially, the 'primary' Halfbaker would pay an ISP or other network entity to host the program for 50+ years. Ultimately, the program/Halfbaker would amaze people well after you are dead to respond with extensive annotations such as, "you know, that is such an obvious combination of the custard-speed-bumps with the stealing-the-moon concept that you really haven't contributed anything of substance to the creative works of humanity."

The second part of this idea mentions passing on your halfbakery id to your heirs. Reminiscent of the Dread Pirate Roberts. [DrBob, May 02 2007]

But everyone here apart from you is already a sophisticated AI program.

In my opinion this is baked by [LordHwoorangShamen], the lost halfbakery prophet. I eagerly await his second coming...

Ok, Ok, ok. I admit it, I'm not really [pathetic]. I'm pathetic's well trained Schnauzer. I've been training with the Geico lizard to learn how to use the keyboard... what do you think?

You know, with the right cologne, I'm able to fool my near-sighted aunt.

I have always wanted to teach a computer how to be me. I think I am much simpler than most people so it might work.

User [shapu] has not actually posted in the last 50 weeks. This iteration is simply a rehash of the AI from BattleChess 2.
