Human Pixels Theater

The stage forms a screen where people change their color by opening their jackets, holding up cards etc to form the moving picture.

A widely known to exist thing where a group of people move in sync to form shapes etc, but taken to the next level.

The people form a screen and act as pixels moving to animate the story. (see link)

The new addition to this existing thing it that the players would have some notification telling them when to flip their color because this would be far too complicated for anybody to memorize.

The actual scenes would necessarily simple, two faces talking etc and the soundtrack would be playing in the background.

Hmm, actually maybe the people on stage to the talking.

Double hmm, maybe they use the talking as the trigger to flip their colors. So you're the face on the left and you say "Hey, nice day!" If you're the mouth portion you just flip open during the words.

Triple hmmmm. Maybe they each hold a cube that's black on one side then has two shades progressively lighter that lead to the white side. Maybe just 3, black, grey, white so they could do the mechanical TV thing.

Like this only wildly more complicated. https://www.faceboo...eel/569288186195822

The animations would basically be flip book style. https://www.youtube...watch?v=JVzf9rtgf9Y
Maybe add multiple color cards [doctorremulac3, Apr 25 2025]

Could even go the mechanical TV route. https://www.youtube...watch?v=8GYGxEk0btA

When I try to imagine a triple hmmmm, what I hear is a didgeridoo.
