When Jim was a lad he went to the movies --- he loved the ghost busters and recalls that Mr StayPuft was a bad ass. Jim also likes motorcycles but figures he is not bad enough to be a "Ghost Rider"!
By combining the powers of Mr StayPuft and the Ghost Rider Jim creates the ultimate in motorcycle safety
equipment --- the motorcycle jacket (staypuft) airbag!
Baked-ish, I think....

When I was a kid I used to think the Michelin Man was either a human marshmallow or a mummy. I couldn't decide which. And let me just tell you, I'm very disappointed that this idea didn't have anything to do with real marshmallows. Very disappointed. But it is a good idea. |

Its......."MarshMallow Man"! |

I see a couple of problems: 1.) the airbag suit might not deploy fast enough to be useful, as when the motorcycle crashes directly, head-on into a wall, and 2.) it might deploy too quickly, as when the rider is sailing thought he air, thus it would be deflated beforte he hits anything. |

I like this idea. Unfortunately it seems to be baked, as [Basepair]'s link suggests. |
