I was going to put this in a while ago but thought it might upset some people. Now I see somebody suggested something along the same vein so what the heck.

Pretty self explanatory. Like holy water only it's mace. Priest blesses the mace, mugger gets blessed when you spray him in the face (sort of), you get away. Everybody wins.

I am just a little offended that you hesitated to put this idea in.

I think it's a great idea in the context of believing in holy water.

I was going to tie this into Priest issues, but, I don't want to taint your idea, sensitive guy that I am.

[mouseposture] Lets face it the ability to Turn Undead would be very useful on a lot of the zombie ideas that get posted here ...

I've made a number of clubs in my time - it's a sort of primal carpentry - take a stick and hew it int a pleasing club-like shape - the archetypical shape being about 1m long, two or three inches in diameter at the handle end, and maybe 4-6 inches in diameter at the wide end. Young-ish saplings, or reasonably well developed branches make good starting points - and the type of wood is very very important - it should ideally be a dense wood with a fine grain so as to avoid splintration while having the strength and weight to deliver a strong blow without snapping - Holly fits this requirement almost exactly and makes a fine material for the creation of a shaped club.
