The idea is to attempt to aim for clarity by explicitly mentioning the aspects of the 20th century (and ongoing) shennanegans that were not done by some bloke with a funny moustache and daddy issues - which turns out to be basically all of them.
For example, "Trump is like Hitler because ..." would
be replaced by "I have caused problems by abdicating my responsibility to some narcissist because ..."

Nobody even came close to getting away with the human
genocide and suffering, raping and pillaging old Genghis
did
if having a statue built in your honor is any indication of
dodging the judgement of history. And it's not a small
one. I'm not for tearing down statues
usually, but putting up a comparitively new one of this
guy?

They'd capture a city, give the men weapons and have
them attack the next victim city. While those guys were
getting slaughtered, the real troops on horseback would
surround the battlefield and close in. Not sure if they
were the first to use the feint and pincer movements but
they certainly used them to their advantage. Then they'd
leave the city and wait till people returned, ride in again
and wipe them out. |
