When future robots or software agent gets stuck like the
roomba etc... sometimes it doesn't hurt to ask a human
for
help. Especially once they become sufficiently human or
superhuman in intellect.
Instead they should call a call centre staffed by humans
who
can then use their human brains
to solve the robot's
issues
remotely.
If it cannot be done remotely, then the call centre can
arrange for another robot or human to physical solve the
issue.
