Helocaber
Pointless. Possibly dangerous. Probably annoying. | |
The other day Allan was walking around work with a stick of wood balanced on a fingertip. (Only 'cause we gotta look busy on a slow day, right?) I decided the little stick (just an inch square, 27 inches long, Pacific Coast maple) should be a bit more robust. Like a Scottish caber. But, then, you
couldn't balance it on a fingertip. So it would need to hold itself up, while you simply do the work of balancing it.
So my new fingertip caber is a sleek 3 inch diameter, 3 foot long device sporting a model aircraft engine and a pair of ringed, contra-rotating props at the top. Just fire it up, crank up the throttle to the point it almost takes off, and balance away. If you lose contact with the button on the bottom, the engine will switch off to prevent the device from crossing the conference room in a power dive.
Every bit as pointless as a hackey-sack. Much louder.

I have sinewy, muscular fingers, each powerful like the tail of an alligator. I think this thing needs to be much bigger. |

As the Helocaber falls the counter rotating blades shave off the scalp of Allan whos finger balancing stick, gave the general idea to Lurch...Now lurch has a major lawsuit against him for maliciously mutating Allan. and has to work for him for the rest of his life. I like it...Great idea, if I don't have to be close to it whilst you fire it up.... |

What a beautiful, poetic description bungston. I only hope that it is just a metaphor. |
