After reading about the flocking road cones, how about the type of road cones that once they get on a drunks head, don't come off for a few hours?

I'm dreaming of a road cone that has a mechanism that attaches it to our pal the jolly drunkman for a few hours, like on a timer, and it will preferably stay on until about 9:00 am so that he (or she) won't be able to get to work coz of that damn witches hat, unless they like to look like public figures of ridicule, of course, you never know, they might learn something...

[later] Maybe this could be like one of those fingertrap things, so that the harder you pull, the more difficult it becomes for it to come off? Just so long as it doesn't cut off the blood supply, or cause unconsciousness.

It would certainly stop them driving away from the scene of the crime (unless they drove a convertible) [+]

Can I have one just for the hell of it. I don't drive a car, however it would save me having to wait until Halloween.

I image searched for Road Cone and found the perfect picture to link. When I click on the page the drawing comes from I find the monikers of halfbakers staring back at me. Even my own.
Very surreal.

The Gooogle link is to the mention of that image on a Halfbakery page, but it's the lo-res version, so it's just unformatted text. But you realised that, of course.
