Hash Oats
hashbrowns have previously had breakfast acceptance. Fry oatmeal strands in omega 3 lipids to make a new kind of hash brown patty that is cardiobeneficial | |
So it occured to me that no one yet eats hashbrowns made out of heart healthy oatmeal. McDonalds could move billions of these, benefiting hundreds of thousands, or even possibly millions.
Extruding the oatmeal goop to make strands, then cooking the pressed patties in a light spray of omega-3 lipids
should do it. Oatmeal already tastes pretty good, so I think the flavor starts out OK, and then can improve with seasoning.

Just noticed the category and thought //extruded oatmeal goop// sounds rather difficult to drive through. Unless, of course, you equip your vehicle with special *oatmeal* tires (that's *oatmeal* tyres for the Brits). |

Oatmeal fritters with pan-fried foie gras are just absolutely gorgeous. Of course, you leave the oatmeal fritters. |

There are very old traditional recipes involving pouring leftover porridge into a drawer, letting it cool and set, extracting the lump, slicing, and frying in bacon fat. A kind of Celtic polenta. |

It's good stuff, Edinburgh castle uses it in its foundations - tougher than basalt ... |

I might not be as good as that. |
