There are people in the world of Halfbakery that illustrate ideas. What if you illustrated ideas, and people explained how it worked by submission? Half guessing game, half creativity. Somebody could doodle a Rube Goldberg type contraption, and another Halfdoodler could figure out how it worked. A site to get gears turning, and get a better discription in mind for that illustration.

Descriptions are up to the doodler's choice, however. If a description in no way fits the doodle, or is just not that great, the doodler can remove it.
