Sensors calculate the amount of chill time you need throughout the day in order to improve physical and mental health. Alarm (soft chime) indicates that you need 10 or 20 minutes of zen mind.

Measure the amount of beats per minute when in a meditative state. Set the watch to warn when there has been a deficit in low heartbeats. |

This seems a remarkably sensible idea (which means it probably doesn't belong here). |

The wrist is a good place to place a biofeedback monitor as you can get temperature, pulse rate, skin conductivity and probably a guess at blood pressure and oxgenation. An indication that the wearer has been under stress for too long (or guzzled too much caffine and sugar) and needs to de-stress a bit would be good for some people. |
