HM's Rotating Crown

make the Crown rotate without it falling off

I have been very much enjoying the crowning of our new King of the civilised World, but the placing of the Crown on His Majesty's noble head made me slightly anxious.

What a nightmare it would be were it to fall off then tumble along the floor before coming to rest firmly wedged under a nearby pew, but I have a simple solution that also permits an additional enhancing feature.

The solution to the unstable Crown is to provide it with a hidden gyroscope mechanism located in the space above the head. Taking advantage of the battery driven gyro, I also propose that the Crown slowly rotates while on the King's head so that all aspects of it become visible, with no danger of it toppling off as he moves smoothly amongst his obedient subjects and minions.

It could also take 360 pics while doing so, if it had high-speed cameras. Live feed imagery from the crown. Be the king, virtually.

Also needs some grandeur that is reflective of His Majesty's level of deserved respect; I'm thinking a beanie cap with a propeller.

How fast would the gyro need to spin for a stabilizing effect? And would the wearer sympathetically spin the opposite way?

//Better than a rotating crown, HM could do a runway walk and twirl, like a fashion model.//

You could go the other way - make the crown stay rock steady. Whichever way he faces, the crown always points North.

That could make things interesting if he tilts his head.
Tries to watch the fly-over, gets a face full of crown.

I think that's already the case, actually.
