It looks so hard to load injured combatants into the rear doors of BMPs and other IFVs, especially when they arrive slung in a tarp in the absence of a stretcher. You can't help from the head end and all that cringeworthy pushing and shoving looks like cruel and unusual punishment of the wounded.
Could
the installation of a locking slide help? If it was extended when needed and stowed on or under the floor otherwise, the injured could be safely loaded with minimum breakage. Could be very light like a pull-out stretcher or rigid and flat to provide a treatment location as well as a loading aid.
