I'm looking for the definition of the phrase that sounds like "weertoose doormeedeewah" that was in a book by Daniel Dennett that I just read called Consciousness Explained (I read it as an audio book). I think I remember that the phrase is historical but I can't remember the definition and I can't spell it so I can't find it on Google. Wouldn't it be great if Google had a phonetic spelling correction feature?

By the way has anyone else spent the last 3 days watching funny cat videos on Google Video?

I'm surprised they don't use Soundex - That would have worked http://www.scfhs.or.../scfhs/soundex.html
