As time advances, and with a lot of feedback, the arguments against what people are saying on this chat app get better and better, until this AI chat is ready to go public and people enjoy arguing with it, or reading the arguments of others.
The people give the best available proof that they can
find for their claims, and the AI chat, after checking that it correctly understands what you are saying, beats you in the argument, forcing you to change your mind, or, in the case where you are 100 percent sure that you are being factual and logical, and there is no way anyone could disagree with your claim, the chat will realize that you are probably right this time, and will agree to agree with you. +

Since no one ever holds onto an opinion which has been disproven, this is a great idea! [+/-] |

Baked. The good ones go for upwards of $900/hr. They call them lawyers but they don't do that last thing. |

LLMs don't actually have any concept of truth or logic, they just create plausible-sounding prose. I think it would be a very unsatisfying argument |

For a moment there, I thought that LLM was a type of law degree. |

Anyway, a deterministic and trustworthy algorithm for calculating who is right is a thing that people have been trying to invent for centuries, since long before there were any machines to implement such an algorithm. |

No-one has achieved it yet, and the magic words "artificial intelligence" do not, in themselves, solve the problem. |

The highest state of the art was, arguably, achieved around the time of Kant and Hegel, since when people working in the field have tended either to regress or just give up. |

Oh yeah? Well you're ugly! |

That cartoon is hilarious and thank you for posting it. |

Everyone else on the Halfbakery except you is an AI chatbot |
|
|
Ask your chatbot to argue with themselves over what to argue about then let them get on with it. |

//Everyone else ... except you// How do you know that YOU are not also an AI chatbot? |

Tell me more about How do you know that YOU are not also an AI chatbot? |

I'm sorry, I don't understand your question. Please try again. |

This presupposes that the AI will be used to seek truth and understanding, rather than to bamboozle and propagandize. Facts and logic are no guarantee of correctness. |
