Golden Rectangle Door

Ever encounter one of those weird "Dutch doors" where you try to open it and only half of it opens? Why not extend the idea to a golden rectangle and its continued spiral? (See Picture in Link)

The Golden Rectangle Door has 11 sections, the smallest one containing a doorknob which, when pulled, opens the entire door at once.

But when the whole doorway is not needed, any section or combination of sections can be opened independently from each other, due to some brilliantly conceived hingework in the back (the interior sections actually slide inside of neighboring sections). Open just the second-littlest square of your baby's bedroom door to peek in on her as she sleeps, or open the largest one or two of them to air out a stuffy closet.

       Depending on the size of the door, I'm thinking you should reorganize the components somewhat - if you flipped the right-hand side elements so the big door was at the top, and the others moved down to the bottom, it would be more practical. Though I fully realize that practical may not be what you're aiming for. (See link.)
