There is already plenty of light reflected from the screen; any more would be distracting. Besides, if they can't find it, they will be less likely to grow fat. |

Firefly popcorn? Not more distracting than the already ever-present dancing blue lights in any dark public area. |

I was going to suggest coating the popcorn with a glow-in-the-dark, non-toxic substance, if there is such a thing. It would be cool to see little glowing blobs leap into the air then disappear. Also it would help cinema staff clear up afterwards. |

I generally dont have popcorn as the cinema, and when I do it's never really a bane to eat in the dark...what would be annoying though is a large cinema hall filled with glowing tubs being passed around while i'm trying to watch a movie....equally or more distracting than the glowing screens of people who play with their mobile phones....sorry M8 |
