Cat's cradle is the string game where children create shapes out of a continuous loop of string criss-crossed between their hands and fingers, (the bridge, the witch's broom, etc).

Scale it up to 'office building size,' say the Patronas Towers, on slow work days. Rope, tied off at the center stair railings, criss-crossed through carefully picked windows, sent over by harpoon, kite, or carrier pigeons on GM food and steroids.

Rapelling equipment optional.

       Anyone? Bueller?

[21], no. Not in the slightest. Spiderman doesn't make artistic patterns out of rope that can change structure, he swings from building to building and occasionally spits out a web. They have absolutely nothing conceptually in common.

Usually you're spot on mate, but I think you're taking your role as halfbakery custodian a little too seriously. You're beginning to act like the Fun Police.

[theleopard], ever consider [21Quest] might actually have a sense of humour?

Like the idea should be done by this guy(link)

       Oops. Sorry.

Sarcasm is notoriously difficult to pick up in text (at least, that's my excuse for not having a sense of humour!).
