Farms outside big cities could be divided into garden plots for subsistence gardening by city people. A bus could be used to pick up and drop off these gardeners at meeting points. This idea would be particularly useful to poor urban people like many Moscovites.

A brief history of bakedness http://www.cityfarm...lotmentReports.html
Like many other European countries the UK has a long heritage of allotment holding. This dates back to the British Civil War in the 17th century, the enclosure of common land from the farming poor in the 18th, and the response to mass urbanisation in the 19th century [thumbwax, Jul 27 2002, last modified Oct 21 2004]

This is baked. They are called allotments, and are popular in the UK. You might want to re-name your idea to soemthing more descriptive. Welcome to the 'bakery.
