A screensaver which creates fractal modelling of frost on the computer screen, building slowly the longer you leave it. Very pretty.
a pretty snowflake one here but its not frost building up as you describe

You would probably have to go over and shut off the saver to see what was really going on, screen saver freeze up or computer FREEZE up. |
