At some stage in the not too distant future, astronauts will pay a
visit to Mars. I would like one of them to wear a set of my 'Footprints
on Mars' overshoes and walk around in a perfectly marked out circle.
The overshoes are actually attachments that clip unto the soles of
one of the astronaut's
boots, and are designed to leave the perfect
imprint of a naked human foot in an area with a suitably soft
surface. Once the circle is complete, the surrounding environment
would need to be cleaned up to isolate the circle of steps.
I'm sure NASA, or whomever, will easily say no, but that's why we
have the halfbakery!

Better yet - make 'em camel hoofprints, and don't
tell anyone. |
|
|
Even better yetter - use shoes with a 3-D adjustable
tread pattern. |

Start on the edge of a dried up river bed, with lobe-
fin footprints. Over the next few tens of metres,
transition smoothly through webbed feet, clawed
lizardy toes, giant shrews, opposable-toed feet,
human footprints and, finally, pogo-stick dimples
just to make future visitors wonder. |

What, nobody mentioned Bigfoot yet? |

Red-rover red-rover! we call Yeti over! |

Make them webbed and I'd like em. |

Have you any idea how hard it is to get rid of unwanted bacteria-infested water? |

|
Include some knee marks, hand prints and it still might be too advanced. |
