As humans we survive the watery depths by filling a special machine (submarine) with air and then travelling through the water. It allows us to explore outside our natural element.

Fish should be given a similar opportunity to explore outside their element: The flying fishtank. Essentially a small fishtank attached to a blimp or dirigible with directional control guided by the fish's swimming direction. It's a must for any spoiled goldfish pets.
