[admin: I fixed up both your links, but it would probably be a good idea to test them yourself. If you follow your second one, that idea also has links in it that no longer work--could you go and either delete them or find replacements? Thanks!] |

Speaking of "work", how does the lamp work? Does the shade look like a normal lampshade but just have a pattern in it that is slightly denser and looks like a filament? Is the lampshade woven out of little wire pieces that look like filament? A filament and a lampshade are very different shapes, and I don't quite get how you plan to involve them. |

Is there a difference between "the shade is shaped like the filament" and "the structure of the shade is shaped like the filament"? |

I'd also like a lamp that looks like a regular decorative table lamp, but is lamp- and electricity-themed in content. E.g. with a decorative pattern of filaments on the lamp shade. It could be one in a line of narcissistic furniture. |

I also had problems understanding what this would look like.
A shade structured like a filament would not be a shade,
would it? |
