Ok. Use a nice length of fiber-optic cable and a fly tied so that it's little fake leggs are lit by the main cable (which has a light on the other end by the reel). Good fiber shows no light along it's length, just at the end. |

I don't know about [most places].....It's legal for commercial use in many areas, and for public in others. Depends on the locale and the game population. |
