Fast food is notoriously low in dietary fiber. Unless you’re
ordering salad, most of what you get is devoid of fiber.
Over by the condiments, beside the ketchup dispenser is a
raised clear container of oat bran sitting on a funnel. A spring
loaded valve at the bottom of the funnel dispenses
a serving
of bran. Uncap your burger and allow the bran to sprinkle
onto the patty. Enjoy (?) your food, knowing that your
digestive system will be getting extra help today.
