[edit] originally named "Psuedos Detector" -- How many inventions have been stolen with the phrase "That's already been done"? With the advent of "pseudos", we need a way to trust the origins and timestamps of our references and critiques.

Web bots are crawling through the internet all of the time to record changes. If we have a "read-only" access to the historical data, then we could have a method of verifying the dates so-called prior art.

Also, I would propose that "do (k)no(w) evil" Google be the benevolent keeper in these turbulent times.
