Throwing a cell phone at a wall or into the ocean can be expensive

A rubber thing that looks like a cell phone might absorb the frustration at low cost that causes a few to throw a cell phone at a wall or into the ocean.

(Cheaper still is to grab the nearest strangers cell phone, throw it viciously, and run away.)
