I think it would be cool to have some people "flying" around the Renaissance Festivals (or other Renaissance, Dark Ages, etc -era festivals) via either a harness attached to a high branch in a tree, or else a zip-line set-up. The people in these devices would be dressed in flying-humaniod-style garb
(which, besides wings, is pretty open to one's own imagination) and drop "presents" on people below, such as candies or small toys.
