The name is pretty much self explanatory. For anyone willing to pay the money, a doctor would cut into the bone and create an additional (and artificial) joint at the specified location. Think of all the wacky things we could do: sit in a chair with your chest facing the backrest and your feet actually resting on the ground on the right side, crazy contortionist acts, and actually bending backwards for somone.

       I like it...but like the masses have already said, there would be no way to really control it wihtout years of physical therapy (that's after the extra tendons, ligaments, nerves and muscles have been added)
