 Ease painful lobes after long telephone conversations

For when the telephone has welded itself to your ear...

A small device that clips over your ear (much like a a pair of headphones with one phone) and gently massages your lobes. Could also be built into the telephone handset (although a less flexible solution) to gently massage during a telephone conversation.
