Zardoz is a 1970's science fiction film directed by John Boorman and staring Sean Connery. It's laughably kitsch, but worth watching for the single line that "the gun is good but the penis is evil" if for no other reason.
The film features a large stone head, that may be identified as the character
of Zardoz.
It is this head to which the idea refers, with the invitation to dry your hands in the hot air streaming from its gaping mouth, when used as a bathroom appliance.
It's best to view the simple illustration that describes the new product.
