For countries where traffic jams at the intersection just don't open up

In mega-cities like Sao Paolo, Cairo, New Delhi and Bangkok, there are many of these large intersections that just don't work.

The government or municipality allow for the private sector to construct and erect a "drive-thru intersection" with several floors over the intersection. You can choose which path to take, and slowly proceed thru the intersection, meanwhile buying (or selling) or just meeting a consultant walking along your car and discussing your favorite topic, until your car finally reaches the desired exit 15 minutes later.
