Is there a technical reason why this hasn't already been invented by someone? Surely it is possible and would be very practical to have both sides of a cd to be readable. Just like cassette tapes have 2 sides, a cd could too. The only problem I can think of is the ease of scratching one of the 2 surfaces,
but still, with proper maintenance theres no reason it shouldn't work!
