Direct Democracy Companies

A company truely by the employees and for the employees

Instead of big execs running a company and giving themselves big bonuses it would be a company run by employees. The employees would on vote things such as raises and new ideas. New employees have to gain "citizenship" by studying company policies. A test would then be given on the policies as well as skills or that specific job. Each department would vote on their specific test.

Apart from the test, many cooperatives kind of work this way. Are you familiar with existing worker-owned companies?
