The problem addressed is that of being caught surfing the internet at work. Mounting a small parabolic mirror, disguised as trite office 'flair', such as a Successory, on top of a desktop computer would allow you to check your six and close inappropriate windows in time to look productive. A thin diffracting
decal printed with your choice of 'flair' (custom personal photos extra) will conceal the mirror surface. The ultimate peripheral.
(?) My Sneaky Mirror

Mirrors to tack on your monitor are pretty common, but the decal is clever. |

Your idea is far sneakier than the product called My Sneaky Mirror, which is 3 1/4" and red, so certainly not in disquise. |

You've clearly never gone to a computer trade show. |

I'd say that this was widely known to exist. |

Had I been aware this product exists, I would have focused on describing the printed diffraction decal. |

Baked, like everyone said: I used to have one. They're not so clever on laptops though. What you need is a portion of the screen itself that turns into a mirror. |

Why not just get a webcam to point over your shoulder? |
