Wager on date / time etc. of unscheduled execution of Prisoner

Jeffrey Dahmer was executed inside the walls of a Prison by a 'fellow' inmate. How much would you have wagered on that happening / when / whom executioner was - if so identified. Much like handicapping horses or Fantasy League Sports, 'factual' information regarding each likely inmate to do 'the job' would be available to sort out the odds. Take McVeigh (please) for example, there would be a large financial and 'bloodsport/thirst' interest in his case.

Annotation:

The problem with McV is that, being on death row, he is not with the general prison population. Now, if we could transfer him to Oklahoma and put him in with the rest of the prisoners....

I don't know if that one falls under the same realm though. If indeed it did, I'd delete this in a heartbeat. I'll wait for 3rd and/or 4th opinions since I'm a little lost in the vagaries between them and it is quite late. *yawn* Where is a hairsplitter when you need one? Say... naaaaah - maybe tomorrow

bookworm, while culling my herd of ideas - I checked this idea, then checked your link after seeing Baked - that site got shut down after they received a "cease and desist" order.
