Curryometer

 How hot is that curry?

A pocket-size tool, complete with a probe and an LCD screen. Poke it into food, and it will give both the temperature of it, and how spicy it is. Readouts range from "Call that a curry?" to "Seriously, you'd regret it in the morning".
