Cross-country Wheelchair Racing

Because disabilities don't matter, if you decide they don't.

Last night I dreamed I was catering for several thousand people at an International Cross-country Wheelchair Racing tournament.

The chairs were in a few categories: Human-powered Electric Hydrogen-powered Gasoline-powered Free

Wheels ranged from the sublime: Mountain Bike Tyres, to the extreme: Michelin's new Tweel (airless with polypropylene spokes where the tyre would be) to the ridiculous: Monster Truck wheels, on earthmoving rims.

In all, a good time was had by young and old.

       Hmmm. Last night I dreamed I owned a brown Harley chopper, and it got stolen. I like yours better.

       I just bought a Moto Guzzi, and I guess it's influencing my dreams (+).

       Nice dream bank you have - similar to mine in breadth and depth.

       Yet when [Ubie] wakes up, he's still [Ubie].

       //Human-powered Electric Hydrogen-powered Gasoline-powered Free// You seem to have missed Wind-powered.

       Motorized off-road wheelchair racing was baked by Top Gear (the guys squared off against three disabled RM vets, who beat them, predictably). I dunno if it's been organized, though.
