So it's not entirely my idea, but the cream part is.

Anyway, this is all done at the self-serve dispenser. You put the cubes of frozen cream into your cup, THEN fill the cup with coffee

       People have been suggesting coffee ice cubes for years, and some places make them. Just FYI. For this idea, doesn't just pouring cold cream in your coffee cool it down?
