Chilli butts

For people who want to limit their smoking because they are going through too many ciggarettes or spending too much money on them or what ever there should be ciggarettes that have some sort of chilli or spicy coating on the butts. It would be diluted enough so that you couldn't feel it after one ciggarette but for each ciggarette you have after your first one it gradually gets more and more uncomfortable. The burning sensation in the lips would gradually subside so you could smoke comfortably again, this would mean longer breaks between cigarettes so that a pack would last longer, and you could go longer without a cigarette.
