 Marking Bad Drivers For Tickets

This is a way to catch those bad or reckless drivers by ordinary citizens. Every vehicle would have a small computer installed. Those drivers who would like to participate would pay for a special electronic tag marking "gun" which when pointed at a reckless vehicle would emit a marking "tag" in that vehicle's computer. When a set number of tags are logged into a vehicle's computer (say 10 tags for example), it would send out a signal that could be detected by Law Enforcement vehicles. The tagged vehicle would then be given a general "traffic nuisance" citation. Three traffic nuisance tickets in a 6 month period, the driver's license is suspended. To avoid missuse of the marking guns, a fee (say $20) would be billed each time the gun is used to tag a vehicle and a yearly limit could also be set.

Which reduces the odds a poor person could afford to. Meanwhile, the Hilton sisters finish off this week's trust fund deposit by driving around L.A. zapping cars just for the fun of it.
