Guys,
What do you think about a car cover, that is fixed in your car, all you have to do is press a button, it will cover the car completely and press another button, and this will remove the cover. Please give me your feedback on this one.
Thnx

It's obviously a good idea. All that's missing is a way to implement it without:
A) trashing the looks of the car
B) adding excessive cost
C) adding excessive weight
D) stowing water, mud, snow, etc. along with the cover
E) introducing safety hazards |

I agree with half. //All that's missing is a way to implement it.// ?!? |
|
|
I think it's a good notion, but can you describe the mechanism? |
|
|
Got a rough idea of the diameter of the rolled up cover plus a core of suffient diameter to support the weight? |
|
|
Large gonflable car cover rises from the boot whilst seamed at the sides of said car, folds back over and remains fixed. |
|
|
When you wish to use car again, press remote and the car will shake like a dog scattering rain water and debris off to the sides and de-gonflable.Or some/nothing like that. |

For some odd reason, this reminds me of Dyna-Moe-Humm, by Frank Zappa. |

Oh...Car Tarps..
I envision a lizard-car, with a growing skin covering. It molts on command whenever it gets too ratty, and the skin is biodegradable. |

I think the Batmobile has this feature. |

For some reason [moPuddin], I had the same thought when I was reading the idea for the first time and glanced at [skinflaps]' anno. |

//I envision a lizard-car, with a growing skin covering// And if you sound your horn at it, the exhaust falls off? |
