How about a Windows setting to make a browser window (or any other window, I guess) blend into the window behind it? I'm thinking a transparent background for the window and the text would be a slight shade off of whatever is behind it, so that the text that can only be read if you look very closely for it.

Yes, I realize what an eye-strain this could be, but sometimes you really need to hide your HB habit at work.

       Baked: Ghostzilla. See link.   

       Basically it renders a text-only version of the page within the window of another application, so it looks like you are editing code or reading email when you are actually surfing. Simple mouse gestures activate and deactivate it.
