Because I've listened many times to a lot of my CDs, I'd like to be able to randomize the order of the tracks. Aside from simply keeping things interesting, I'd also like to be able to listen to pieces of music individually, not tied to the specific order of a given recording.

Problem is, I listen to a lot of classical music, and I can't stand to split up the movements of a piece. They were written to go together and should be heard in succession. So I want to be able to program my CD player to keep together e.g. tracks 1, 2, and 3, and also 4, 5, and 6, and so on. Then when I tell it to randomize, I'll never know what order the pieces will be in, but they will all be whole.

Perhaps it's something that's easier to do with MP3s, but I'm too attached to my CD collection...
