Tired of doing leaving the gym, only to feel the lure of a cheeseburger too much to resist on the way home, it seemed reasonable to deal with these opposing forces under one roof. At a 'Burger Gym', Nutritionists could advise you on what menu choices to avoid most (because no one believes you're just
going to stop eating burgers ever again just because you want to get fit). Fast food addicts could get help curbing their habits. Plus the fast food company benefits from beeing seen to encourage a healthier life style. I openly admit that jogging to the smell of fries might put you off your stride though. And most gym stock nutrion bars that are meant to be good for you _for a reason_.

There is a gym just up the road that has been built right nextdoor to a McDonalds, I think it's all part of some conspiracy to aquire more revenue. |

Actually, McDonald's uses human sweat to make its milkshakes, so they probably have a deal with the gym for someone to go around and mop up all the sweat off the machines and squeeze it out into the milkshake machine. |

That's pretty absurd, [DN]. |

Well actually, I will admit to it. I concure [fogfreak] |

I'm sure this would have kept McDonalds from being sued (sp?) by fat people arguing that their fast food chain made them fat. |

I dunno [silverstormer]. You're talking crazy talk. That just doesn't make any sense at all. |

Yeah, sorry [snarfy]. I must have let my overactive imagination run away with me. |

I think that even working there has a negative effect, since one seems to absorb more fat than is burnt, through some sort of osmotic process. That's how it felt to me, anyway. |
